Rappahannock Mattress Company is locally owned and operated by the Sproul family, Perry and April, and their children: Joshua, Amy and Ryan. Perry is a retired military officer with over 24 years of service. April is the owner of the Learning Experience in Spotsylvania County.
We have set up relationships with key manufacturers to bring our customers the best mattress products with the highest quality ratings at bottom dollar prices. This dedicated family goes the extra mile to earn customer business and loyalty.
No fancy showrooms (although it is pretty nice), big staffs (it’s just the five of us)or retail store mark ups. We are almost always 40-60% less than retail stores for the exact same mattress! Here’s another shocking statistic: over 95% of everybody that walks in the store, buys that day! No high pressure, no double talk. We sell exactly what we advertise: a great selection of quality mattress and at about half of what you’d expect to pay. Each of our showrooms has 17 different mattress sets to try out, as well as some bedroom sets on display.
What about a warranty?
Each mattress comes with a manufacturer’s warranty. It depends on the mattress set purchased as they all have different warranty levels. Furniture, if damaged during shipping, will be replaced. There are procedures for reporting carrier damage that must be followed. You will be given this information upon your mattress purchase. It is our goal to make sure that 100% of our customers are 100% happy with their purchase.
